These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of the services we provide through our platform. They explain the relationship between you and us, the responsibilities that apply to both parties and the basic operational rules for accounts, payments, promotions and disputes. We recommend you read them carefully before registering. Where we refer to "we", "us" or "our" we mean the operator of the platform; "you" and "your" mean the person who registers or uses an account.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date. We may require identity and address verification at any time and may suspend withdrawals or close accounts until checks are completed. You agree not to share your login details, allow unauthorised access, or use another person's account.

We allow one account per person, household and shared device. Multiple accounts, collusion, automated betting or any form of bonus abuse are prohibited and may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of funds and refusal of future services. If you receive a request for documents from our team, Lucky Dino may suspend account activity until satisfactory verification is provided.

Eligibility requirements

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher) and legally permitted to gamble where you are located. It is your responsibility to check local laws and any restrictions that apply to the use of online gambling services in your country. We reserve the right to refuse registration where we believe you are not eligible.

Acceptable platform use

You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, market abuse, manipulating games, using VPNs to bypass geolocation, creating multiple accounts, or otherwise attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. We monitor activity for suspicious behaviour and may take action including withholding winnings, closing accounts and reporting to relevant authorities.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are governed by specific campaign terms which apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Bonus funds are held separately in a bonus balance and are subject to wagering and contribution rules set out in the relevant promotion. Only one promotion may apply where stated. Maximum stake limits, excluded games and time limits for using bonuses will be stated in the promotion terms. We may withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where we suspect abuse.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit and withdrawal methods, processing times and limits depend on the payment provider and your account status. We may impose deposit or withdrawal limits, require verification and perform anti-money laundering checks before releasing funds. Withdrawals may be returned to the original payment method where applicable and may be subject to provider fees. If we require further information to process a payment, your withdrawal may be delayed until the information is received.

Dispute resolution

If we cannot reach agreement, you may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service where applicable under local law. Using the platform does not affect your statutory rights.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on the site and notified to the email address linked to your account where appropriate. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
